Trench's Synonyms: iv. ἐπιτιμάω, ἐλέγχω (αἰτία, ἔλεγχος).
ἐπιτιμάω epitimáō, ep-ee-tee-mah'-o; from G1909 and G5091; to tax upon, i.e. censure or admonish; by implication, forbid:—(straitly) charge, rebuke.
