ὑπερέχω hupĕrĕchō, hoop-er-ekh'-o; from G5228 and G2192; to hold oneself above, i.e. (figuratively) to excel; participle (as adjective, or neuter as noun) superior, superiority:—better, excellency, higher, pass, supreme.
