τῶν κακῶν, 2 Macc. 13:4; Lucian, Tim. 36, Lipsius edition; 
τῶν ἀγαθῶν, Isocr. ad Phil. 49, p. 106 a.; cf. Bleek on Heb. vol. 2:2, p. 94f.).
2. τὸ αἴτιον equivalent to 
ἡ αἰτία;
a. cause:
