ὑποστέλλω hupŏstĕllō, hoop-os-tel'-lo; from G5259 and G4724; to withhold under (out of sight), i.e. (reflexively) to cower or shrink, (figuratively) to conceal (reserve):— draw (keep) back, shun, withdraw.
